All of our rental properties are located in residential areas. With that in mind, please keep the noise level down between 10:00pm and 9:00 am. We ask that you be considerate of your surrounding neighbors.

Alpine Resort Rentals operates within the city of Big Bear Lake and follows the guidelines set in the “Big Bear Lake Transient Ordinance” We ask that you not exceed the total guests permitted in reserved property, and limit the cars parked on the property to the amount allocated per city ordinance.

You may check-in to property between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. Late check-ins after hours will need to go to All Protection Alarm, located at 41951 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, 92315 to pick up your keys and directions to the cabin, there will be a $10.00 late check-in fee applied to your reservation.

Cancellations will be charged $75.00 if cancelled with-in the allocated cancellation period. All holiday reservations are considered Non-Cancelable. If a reservation must be cancelled we will offer a rain check for a different date.
